This website is an online shop operated by BloomFit ("we", "us", "our"), selling food supplements to customers in Europe.
These terms apply to every order you place on our website. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you more protection, those laws apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place your order applies to that order.
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid payment card.
2. Products, prices and promotions
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Images are for illustration, and packaging may differ slightly from what is shown.
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. The price that applies is the one shown when you complete your order.
We may change prices, delivery charges and promotions at any time. Changes never affect orders that have already been placed.
If a product is clearly listed with a wrong price or description, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
3. Placing an order
Choose your pack on the product page and continue to the secure checkout, where you enter your name, delivery address, email address and payment details. Please check your details carefully so your order arrives without delay.
Your order is confirmed once your payment has been approved. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payments are processed by our payment provider using encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
If your payment is declined, you will be notified at checkout and no order will be placed.
If a product turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will let you know and either offer an equivalent product or give you a full refund.
4. Delivery
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
After processing, your parcel is delivered to the pick-up point nearest your address within up to 14 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak periods, delivery may occasionally take longer. If your order has not arrived within the stated time, please contact us via the contact form and we will help.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, severe weather or carrier disruptions.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
For hygiene and health reasons, sealed food supplements cannot be returned once the seal has been opened (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies in addition to this right — see our Refund Policy.
Please check your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged, defective or not as described, contact us and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where this cannot be limited by law.
